Sleeping Warm on the Trail
-Eat or drink something hot before bed 
-Eat spicy foods as they will help your body produce heat
-Sleep with a bottle of hot water inside your sleeping bag
-Sleep with an empty bladder, as a full bladder uses body heat
-Sleep with a fleece or wool cap on your head, to reduce heat loss
-Use a fleece or silk liner in your sleeping bag
